SHIPPING

Unless otherwise stated, orders generally ship within 1-3 business days for the items we have in stock. Since 2021, we have been gradually shifting to a “made-on-demand” model to avoid overproduction. These “made-on-demand” items are shipped after they are made. Please refer to the item details for the estimated delivery time.  We use USPS for delivering all shipments within the US that are coming from Aloha Picnic’s office in Brooklyn unless a special request is made by customer to use another courier for additional cost. Print-on-demand items that are fulfilled by our printing partner are shipped by a courier they use. For the “print-on-demand” products that are produced and fulfilled by our printing partner, the shipping method will be determined by the printing partner. ALOHA PICNIC is not responsible for any delays or delivery errors. RETURNS

For the items that are NOT “made-on-demand”, we will accept returns for refund, store credit or equal merchandise exchange within 14 days of order. Shipping costs and any damage resulting from returning goods are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Please contact us prior to sending back an item. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. For the items that are “made-on-demand'“, we do not accept returns unless they are defective, so please kindly think carefully before you place an order and send us an email if you have any inquires. Damage/defect claims must be communicated within 7 days of package arrival.
